Taking the prints
The prints are so easy to take, once you have placed an order you will receive a printing kit in the post, including simple instructions on how to take your prints, it only takes a few minutes, then return in the prepaid envelope provided.
If you have a pet that is far too wiggly or tricky to print you can always opt to email/post a photo of the paw print instead. If you do opt to do this please make sure the photo is taken parallel to the paw print and not at an angle (as this will distort the image).

Dispatch and Delivery:
Finished orders are dispatched within 21 days of receiving your horse/hoof print by Royal Mail. If you are in a hurry for your order please contact us as a quicker dispatch may be possible. Free postage.
